Back in 2019, I posted about picking a garbage collection company.

Over a year later, I have no regrets from picking Greyhound. Text messages arrive every week to remind me what bin goes out (and I’ve forgotten on occasion, because I don’t always put bins out every week, and can lose track of which bin is meant to go out), online account lets me see my lifts and even which truck collected the bin contents, and the billing is steady. Only complaint really is that they use a PIN based system for the accounts, so a bit weak on the security front – I presume it’s a migration from a phone tree system.
