Ingredients
- 185g green topped spring onions
- 1 head of garlic
- 500g Spanish onion
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 sprigs fresh marjoram
- Handful fresh parsley
- Handful fresh basil
- 1 tbsp curry
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 very hot red pepper / 3 chili peppers / 2 tbsp red pepper sauce
Instructions
- Chop up the spring onion
- Peel and chop the Spanish onions
- Peel the garlic
- Pick leaves from stems
- Place everything in a food processor, blitz for 5 minutes
- Store in two 300 ml jars, in the fridge
