The new hose layout in the heads means that the lid over the hose collection doesn’t fit any more. A bit of work with a large piece of cardboard and a box cutter gave me a decent template to work from, and a shiny new oscillating multi-tool worked nicely to cut the wood. I do own a jigsaw, but it’s somewhere in a box in the studio, and I don’t know which box – downside to moving house for the last 3 months.
Template transferred to the existing lid 
Did the bulk of the work with the 3/4 circle blade, finishing up with the straight 
All done, just needs sanding 
And fitted. It’ll need a fiddle at the back to stop things going down the hole.
