It was Grandad’s birthday party, held in Clovelly, Devon. Nice little village.
Framed by leaves, the bays near Clovelly are gentle and scalloping.
Surrounded by grey and black rock, a red cliff stands out like a sore thumb.
The harbour at Clovelly, with the tide half-way out.
One of the multitude of boats in Clovelly Harbour.
A rowing dinghy sits under cover on the rock beach.
A fairly large shackle, joining the ground tackle that boats are moored on.
Well, I think it was sneezing.
The sun sets over North Devon and Clovelly, and a man casts his line into the sea.
